This “light” PAIN research package is ideal for companies who want a cost effective yet powerful overview of top PAINS. It is not recommended if you have a large or highly diverse customer base. $8,500

 Qualitative PAIN Research - In-depth: 12 20-30 minute phone interviews to cover PAINS, top customer expectations, top GAINS and satisfactions. All interviews are recorded and available for streaming via a web-based tool. Interviews are also transcribed for theme extractions and analysis. A report highlghts the dominant PAINS, most attractive CLAIMS and top GAINS. 4 of the interviews will be analyzed using PainProbe .This package is required to produce a quantitative questionnaire. $16,500
